Company Background

365 are a nationwide, reactive maintenance company and have been trading since April 2008. We have been extremely successful during these early days due to the fact that both the Managing Director and the Sales Manager have been in the reactive maintenance industry for a combined period of over 25 years. Therefore it has not taken long to build strong and sustainable relationships with our current client contacts.

Our Head Office is based in Sowerby Bridge just outside Halifax which incorporates our call centre and the telephones are manned by our own directly employed and experienced call handlers, 24/7/365.

We offer a full reactive maintenance package to all clients and have several categories of response ranging from emergency 1, 2 and 4 hours to 5 and even 28 day responses if required which obviously carry reduced costs ultimately making savings for the client.

Our services include all the general maintenance trades such as electrical, roofing, plumbing, decorating, carpentry, building and flooring. Additionally we are also able to support you with all the necessary compliance and environmental issues such as 5 year periodic fixed electrical testing, PAT, landlords gas certificates (CP12's), fire alarm servicing and maintenance, fire extinguishers and emergency lights, sprinklers, water legionella(L8 acops testing) and asbestos surveys or re-inspections.

 

 

Within our contacts section you are able to request an up to date general rates schedule and all call out figures include travel to and the 1st hour on site. Additionally we can also furnish you with exclusive rates for all specialist charges including shutters, drainage, glazing/boarding, air conditioning, locksmiths etc. Obviously we are attempting to ensure our customers receive a "best price policy" at all times and hope you will find that our charges set us apart from other maintenance providers.

The company has big plans for the future and we are currently looking at further extending our helpdesk facility and our own directly employed work force to meet with current customer demand. As we are only just past our first year of trading we have concentrated the majority of our efforts building up our relationships with our clients and ensuring we have the correct work force in place to provide a 5 star service.

We have also recently launched a state of the art secure client log in system which will allow all of our clients to access information pertaining to job status and job levels, all spend or individual store spend, types of trade and category requested and most frequently utilised, any trends i.e. any particular high spending store thereby this would allow us to open dialogue with the client to discuss any ideas to reduce spending.

Our invoicing can be individualised to suit any client's wishes and we are able to offer individual invoices or batched consolidated invoices highlighting any necessary costs centres along with services requested. We are also able to incorporate any additional information on request.
