Charity Bowling Competition
365 Propertycare and MBE Glazing would like to thank everyone involved in the charity bowling evening in Halifax on Sunday 7th March.
A great time was had by all who attended and we also managed to raise £600 for
Macmillan Cancer Support too.

March 2010 - Database Changes
Ongoing works by our I.T solutions department mean that from next week we will be ready to launch our newly designed dataflow system. The changes we have made will mean that additional information will be available to all of our call centre staff to ensure that job or quote requests can be handled and processed much quicker.
Additionally the information which will be available to customers will be greatly enhanced to give you the tools to see exactly where and how your budgets are being spent. This in turn will allow both 365 and yourself to hold talks to discuss any particular stores which appear to have numerous issues and obviously we can then assist with plans to rectify this by means of planned visits or re-training of store staff.
October 2009 - Automated e-mail of Completed Jobs
Extensive work by our I.T solutions department now means that we are able to update our clients on all completed works by automated e-mail.
From now on and whenever we close a works order off from our bespoke system, it automatically delivers an instantaneous e-mail to the clients chosen e-mail address highlighting both our and the client order numbers, store address, service requested, trade, works requested and works undertaken.
This is already proving to be a hit with our clients due to the very nature that it is reducing telephone calls and time spent chasing outstanding jobs.
Further ongoing developments are being undertaken and we will off course notify all clients and prospective clients of any changes has they happen.

September 2009 - MBE Glazing
It is with extreme pleasure that we would like to announce that MBE Glazing Systems have become a sister company to 365, therefore further enhancing our commitment to our clients and furthermore ensuring that they receive the best price policy and service levels possible at all times.
The main products/services of MBE are;
Shop Fronts (aluminium, stainless steel, frameless glass, assemblies or timber).
Glazing and Window Fabrication, Entrance Screens and Curtain Walling.

From their 39,000 sq ft manufacturing plant in Halifax they are able to both make and fit most replacement shop fronts/doors etc within 24/48 hours in emergency situations where break ins or ram raids have taken place. They are also available for emergency boarding or glazing when the need arises.

The Helpdesk Grows
365 Would like to announce the recent addition of 3 new members to our dedicated team on the helpdesk, namely Liz Horne, Kerry Lorimer and Bal Kaler. All 3 are settling in to their new roles extremely quickly and efficiently and with the hope of ensuring our clients receive the best service possible and important information is reported as swiftly as is required.
July 2009 - Client Log in System
We are happy to be able to confirm that we are now ready to launch our secure client log in system. The system is still in development and the current format is only the first version therefore some of the information is limited at this stage but changes are ongoing and as new areas are added we will inform all clients of further details.
The benefits of using the system now are that it will give you instant access to all works or quotes placed with an overview of the status of each one, statistics on weekly, monthly and yearly job volumes, cost analysis for each job completed or quotation offered, jobs placed by trade and category of response requested, ability to place online works requests which will allow you to receive automated e-mails throughout the course of the works being processed and updated and many other tasks available through the search facility.
There are obviously many other benefits going to be made available during the course of further development and due to it being bespoke and written by our IT team, 365 IT Solutions Ltd – http://www.365itsolutions.co.uk . We will be keen to discuss this with each and every one of you to ensure that the system is adapted to suit each individual clients needs.
Furthermore there will be a feedback section where will be most happy to receive your comments in terms of what information you personally would like to be able to access.
Anyone wishing to use the system should follow the steps as noted below:
1. Visit the following website address https://clients.365propertycare.co.uk and where prompted fill in a username, password and e-mail address, the username and password will be unique to you so please do not forget this.
2. Press the register button after filling in the details in point 1.
3. Once the information is received by 365 it will be checked and approved, once this is done a confirmation e-mail will be sent back to you with a pin number and further details on what to do to access the system. NB This is for security purposes and to prevent any unwarranted access to your details from unconnected 3rd parties.

February 2009 - 365 News Update
In an attempt to reduce clients phone bills we have now installed Skype within our office and anyone interested should contact Craig Lorimer on 07507 836445 to discuss further. With Skype you can make free calls over the internet to other people on Skype for as long as you like, to wherever you like and its free to download. Our new account controller Vicky has settled into her new role in accounts and changed a few things to help you. We have now introduced a weekly cheque run on a Friday to help cash flow for our contractors in this difficult time. We are still working with our health and safety team to the complete the final stages of our SAFE contractor accreditation. So we expect to share some good news very soon. We are developing our bespoke job system alongside our I.T department to allow remote log in for all customers. This will enable tracking of all jobs/quotes and access to place works online. Read our systems page for more details regarding this efficient job management tool. As we continue to expand, the need for more staff is becoming apparent and our 24hr helpdesk is increasing it staff. By the end of February we will have added another 2 fully trained helpdesk advisors to help provide you with a better service everytime.
