Safety Policy

Part A: General Safety Policy Statement:

365 Retail Property Care Ltd are providers of reactive maintenance building services to the manufacturing, retail, leisure, commercial and property management sectors of industry, carrying out a variety of work from small repairs to large building projects.

The company employs a number of skilled operatives and sub-contractors including all trades such as Joinery, Building, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, CCTV, Drainage, Shutters, Painting and Decorating, Audio Electronics, Locksmiths, Air-conditioning, Shutters and Welding.

Management are empowered to actively pursue a safe working environment for all of our employees, customers and members of the general public through co-operation, supervision, training and ensuring that safe systems of work are followed as required by the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other legislation and codes of practice.

It is the aim of the company to reduce and minimise risk and loss potential by the identification of hazards and with continuous improvement of our safe systems of work. 365 Retail Property Care Ltd will ensure that effective planning, monitoring, auditing and reviewing of its activities takes place to bring about continual improvement in its performance and enable our engineers to respond to changes in technology, production and operating structure.

The management are committed to achieving a high standard of Health & Safety throughout their operations and will ensure appropriate financial resources are provided to put this policy into effect with regard to the level of risk from the hazards associated with the individual work being carried out.

 

 

Health & Safety is a key element and contributor in the overall success of our performance and is equal in importance with other aspects of Company Management.

Health & Safety will be on the agenda of all performance reviews held during Management and client meetings to to assist in developing new initiatives and systems aimed at achieving the aims of this policy.

Senior Managers regularly review our policy and set targets for improvement in Health, Safety and Environmental standards on a rolling monthly basis.

This Health & Safety Policy Statement and Procedures Manual outlines the specific arrangements and responsibilities to ensure the sites operate safely at all times and that health, safety and welfare of every employee, visitor and contractor is protected so far as is responsibly practicable.
